Itzel London (22 years), Linnea Barthelet (22 years)
Once Itzel and Rafael had decided to wait on living together, there was no other option than to live with Linnea. They’d been best friends since forever, this was a natural choice. Itzel’s Dad, Cole helped them find a nice second floor duplex. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Itzel even had a fireplace in her bedroom. It was a very nice find.
Ella Carver graduates Jefferson High with a 59 SAT score; she was one point shy of a full-ride. However, she was very pleased to receive the half-tuition, especially when paired with her other scholarships.
She received four scholarships with the Dannon Local Award and McCarthy Assistance Fund being the most prestigious. Her social worker, Kenzie helped her fill out the paperwork for the McCarthy Fund, as it is for adopted children.
She’s studying music, although she isn’t sure what she will do with it yet.
Linnea Barthelet (21 years), Itzel London (21 years), Rafael Martinez (21 years), Simon Millett (19 years), Milo London (19 years)
Linnea is struggling her senior year to focus on her classes. She’d decided in high school that her greatest ambition was going to be Interior Design, but with her sister expecting twins, she could only think that her family needed her.
Oliver McCarthy celebrates his 32nd birthday in the quiet of their home. They are both exhausted with all the wedding planning, and intend to do all their celebrating at their wedding instead. Brooklyn is fine with that, currently four months pregnant, and she’s finding herself exhausted between teaching her high school students and planning the wedding.
Avery and Eden Fink celebrate their respective birthdays of 34 and 15 with some Chinese delivery. Being a single Mom isn’t intuitive to Avery, but she’s doing her best. In a few years, Eden will be the age she was, and she really hopes that she doesn’t go out, partying, and sleeping with strangers. Eden is the best thing in her life, but she could do without the deadbeat donor that helped create her.

The kids are all gone now, it’s just three oldies putzing around these days, but the kids make an effort to visit as often as they can. It’s usually a Sunday brunch so they can get back to campus at a decent hour.

Miner Hall was updated over the summer, now our second floor has a lounge area and finally we have some vending machines. Mom doesn’t approve of garbage food or the high prices, but sometimes a college student needs a late-night snack.
I’m also a fan of the new arcade games. The main floor has pinball, but I’ve never been a master pinball player. I feel that I at least get my coin worth when I play these newer games instead.

When I graduated university, Mom and Dad insisted that I move anywhere but in with Julius. They are old-fashioned when it comes to living with boyfriends, plus they down right don’t approve of him. I may have let it slip that he was involved with some shady people, plus he lives in a run down unit as well.
