*Retired Senior Citizens have been granted a tax relief and will only be taxed 7% of their income.*

What it costs to live in Millwood:
– 10% (of households net worth)
– 7% (for retirees only)

What it costs to live in South Port:
– 15% (of households net worth)
– 7% (for retirees only)

What it costs, no matter where you live:
– marriage license – $500
– venue fees – $1000 beach chapel; $750 church; $200 courthouse
– $500 cemetery plot
– adoption fees
– $2000 for child; $4000 for toddler, $6000 for infant
– $3000 immigration fee
– $100 pet license
– $2500 for each fertility treatment

What credits are available:
– $1000 marriage credit
– $500 per child (up to 3) credit (through university)
– $1500 adoption credit (year of adoption only)
– $1500 Local Business Owner
– $2500 First Time Homebuyer

What it takes to be exempt:
– Be Mayor
– Unemployed citizens (not in school) can be exempt if there is no incoming income for the household.
– Renters do not pay Property/Income Tax (only sales)

What it costs to be educated:
– $2000 a year for private school
– $2500 a semester for Adult Correspondence 2 year Degree
– $3000 a semester for community college
